I am Yamini Hundare. I love learning, writing, bringing people together, and finding better ways of doing things. My work in Product Ownership and Agile has taught me a lot about people, teamwork, communication, and turning ideas into reality. These are also things I enjoy thinking and writing about outside of work.

I enjoy helping teams take a step back, talk openly about what is working and what isn't, and figure out how to get better together. This is one of the reasons I love facilitation and hosting retrospectives.

I am also the author of The Art of Facilitation, a book I wrote to share some of the activities and ideas I have found useful when working with teams.

When I am not working or writing, I am usually exploring something new, spending time with my family, or enjoying my other interests.
